 It is our honor to have Grand Master Lu host a Tai Chi retreat here at the Lava Hot Springs Inn.  Master Cheng Tsang Lu has been teaching the Chinese martial arts for over 30 years, has trained hundreds of students, and was the first acupuncturist licensed in the State of Utah.

Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise and self-defense design to improve physical health, decrease stress and bring unity to mind, body and spirit.
